Service iBot is a DBA of Softworx Pro, LLC 

Our privacy policy outlines the information we learn when you visit our site and how we use this information.
We receive two types of information when you visit our site:

  1. information automatically collected
  2. information you choose to provide

From time to time, we will send special offers, promotional, and newsletter notices via mail, email, fax, and/or voice broadcast to our customers and to prospects that have expressed interest and have requested such information. At any time, customers may “opt-out” of such offers and notifications.

Service iBot reserves the right to assist in anyway necessary by accessing an account to help with any necessary techincal support. If an account is close, Service iBot reserves the right under its privacy policy to provide accurate system testing with that account to known issue if needed for any particular reason to increase productivity and reduce bugs that may cause failure over time.

Information Automatically Collected

When you visit a website, certain personal information about you can be collected automatically. When you browse through our site, read pages, or download information, we collect certain information to measure how many visitors come to the different parts of the site so we can make the site more useful.
Example: We use browser information to help us design our site so the greatest number of people can view the pages correctly.
For every visitor, we collect and temporarily store the following information:

Information You Choose to Provide

We collect and store no other information about you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide it.

For Example:
If you send us an e-mail or submit an online form, we automatically receive your e-mail address. You will need to provide it to us if you would like an e-mail response. We will receive no other personally identifying information from your e-mail unless you provide it.

If you submit a form on our website, we will receive only the personal information you include in the form.

Information Disclosure Policy

Service iBot will not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about our visitors unless it is required by law for law enforcement reasons.

We will only use personal identifying information, in which case various people may need to see the information you provide in order to provide a response to you.
If enough questions or comments come in that are the same, your question (but not your name) may be added to our Questions and Answers section. We use this information to help us improve our site.

Service iBot uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our systems.

Service iBot takes precautions-including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Service iBot uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages. We use SSL-enabled browsers. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it’s transmitted over the Internet.

Affiliate Information

All Service iBot client affiliate information is confidential. This information is collected for the purposes of generating commission checks and complying with the federal tax code.
